12:42 pm	I believe... I believe that Altar Boyz has changed my life. This show has given me a great group of friends. We are all such a great family and can talk about anything. Also, ABz has taught me important life lessons. For example: 1) Understanding people. I no longer judge people for what's on the outside. I look at them as a person. 2) The rules of Church. Now after listening to the Altar Boyz easy rules of church, I actually enjoy going to church knowing what to do! 3) Scriptures. The Mircale Song has taught me the beautiful miracles that Jesus has done, and it has taught where in the Bible they occurred. I believe that I came to know the Boyz for a reason, and they have changed my life. Check out Altar Boyz at www.altarboyz.com for more information. 9:21 pm	Bored...and waiting for LOST I am really really really bored right now! There is still like a half hour until LOST is on, and I have know clue what to do! So I am gonna post some pictures just for fun! These are all on my photobucket account. Oh yea! Save Ferris! Pop! Goes my heart!! Music and Lyrics is such a good movie. 11:25 pm	My...chaotic...wonderful...life 2nd entry here on livejournal. I have been soooo busy lately that I haven't been able to update much. But I have been starting to realize what a great life I have. I think I know what I am gonna do in college. In the past 4 months or so, I have been extremely busy with all my musical things. I was doing 2 events in Solo and Ensemble, 3 songs at band festival, 4 songs for federation, and now I am doing the pit orchestra for the spring musical. I was extremely stressed out over learning all the songs and playing well and getting a high rating. There were nights where I was up until 3 am thinking about all the stuff I had to do and praying just to get through. I wouldn't finish my homework and fail my test because I practicing piano and flute for 2 hours. Now why would I wanna put myself in a situation where I am like this? It's because I love it! I love being able to play a beautiful song and making someone's day happier. I love having the self satisfaction of being able to accomplish something. Sure, there have been many times where I have considered quiting just to stop the stress, but I couldn't imagine my life with out musc. It is my passion. I love doing what I am doing, even though I complain about it. It is my life. And tomorrow I am going to talk to the middle school bands to convince them to stick with music. I want them to have the same great feeling I do when the audience stands up after a playing a song. It is an amazing feeling. Now where does thing all lead me too? If I love doing this on a daily basis, why stop after high school? I am seriously considering going into music in college. It would be doing something I love and not have the pressures to be something I am not.  Another thing that I just love is being a mother. Sometimes it can be a bad thing, having the motherly instinct in you. If someone is hurt, I will automatically go up to them start cleaning them up and look for band aids in my purse. If someone is sick I feel tell them to go home, take some robitussin and get in bed. I mean, I am 15! Most 15 year olds are out partying and dating, but I go out help people get over a cold. But I know that in 15 years I am going to want to being doing all this. I love helping people and knowing that they are okay is what I do. I am going to love being a mother. I always used to think that if my family won the lotto, life would be amazing. I would be able to spend money for a change! We could pay off debt, pay for college, pay for everything and have anything we wanted. We could actually go on a vacation! But thinking about this now, I am starting realize that it is not the money that makes life good, its the memories that I have. I don't need to go on a fancy cruise in order to remember the fun I had with my cousins. Just hanging out and giggling is the best time in the world. And having fancy cars that go 100 mph wouldnt be as good as blasting music in the mini van on a road trip. I should be thankful for what I have, not wish that I had more. There are so many good things in my life compared to other people. Nobody is dieing, I am not living on the streets, my father isn't at war. I think that is why there is bad in the world. So that people like me can appreciate the good things in life.  The other night I saw RENT with my sister and Dad. I have been dieing to see this show for months now. It finally came to Detroit. I was sooo excited. I had bought a tshirt and buttons and wore them to the theater. The show was AMAZING! I laughed, I cried, I sang, I clapped, I did practically everything! After the show was over we listened the CD over and over and sang and danced in the car. This was the best part of the night. Be able to hang out with my sister and dad and just be myself was so great. Most people don't have this kind of relationship with thier fathers and sisters or mothers. I am so grateful for the relationship my family and I have. And even with my extended family. Even though they all live in NY and we live in Michigan, distance could not keep us apart. When we see each other it is like we never were gone. I might not say it everyday, but I love my family sooo much. It's rare when you see a teenager who actually likes their parents and sibilings. I do.  So this was a really long blog entry, but it has helped me get my feelings out. I am just so grateful for my life and what I have. I shouldn't complain about what I don't have, but be thankful for what I do have.  Thank you God for my amazing life Now I must go to sleep since it is midnight  Current Mood: grateful Current Music: Cinderella songs (Comment on this)

11:39 am	Altar Boyz...my obsession <3 So I decided to do a blog entry for the first time on LiveJournal. I used to have a Xanga, but I stopped updating that about 3 years ago haha. I decided to dedicate this blog entry to the one most obsessive thing in my life, and that is ALTAR BOYZ!!!   Altar Boyz, the new musical comedy and critically-acclaimed hit of the New York Musical Theatre Festival, is the hilarious account of a struggling Christian boy-band (with one nice Jewish boy) looking for their big break in the Big Apple.   I saw the show about a year ago, when the "tour" came to Detroit with TAG. I loved it! I was obsessed with it. I would wear my shirt every Sunday cause I thought it was holy! Then I sort of forgot about it for about 6 months. Then I got the CD for my birthday! I listened to it every day! The current cast includes Kyle Dean Massey, Zach Hanna, Landon Beard, Shaun Taylor-Corbett, Eric Schneider, Jim Daly, and Carlos Encinias. This is one great cast! I love them all! Then one day, I stumbled upon altarholics.com and joined. Altarholics is this amazing site where you do challenges to get "wafers" and it all has to do with Altar Boyz. Altarholics.com is my home away from home! I am on that site all the time! I have so many friends on the site and they have become my family!
